Returns/Exchanges

Lady Lo’s Specialty shop stands by the quality of its handcrafted products and offers excellent customer service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it unworn, unwashed, and unaltered within ​30 days of purchase for a full refund. 

​

Returned shipping will be fully refunded only if the item is defective. 

​

Exchanges are available if the wrong size or color is received within 15 days of purchase. All returns must include the original receipt.

​

Lady Lo’s Specialty cannot guarantee the availability of stock to make an exchange review alternative section.

 

Shipping Policy

​Same-day or the next 3  business days shipping is available for orders placed on Monday-Friday, 10 am-5 pm.

​

Weekend orders will be shipped the next business day. Free shipping via USPS Priority Mail is available for 1-3 days anywhere in the U.S.
